Brent Wills is a member of the firm’s Tax, Business Organizations and Transactions and Healthcare practice groups, where he represents closely held businesses and tax-exempt organizations in sales and acquisitions, tax planning and compliance and various other business and corporate matters. Brent also advises hospitals and other for-profit and tax-exempt healthcare providers in business, tax planning and transactional matters, as well healthcare compliance matters including Stark, fraud and abuse and EMTALA.

Prior to joining the firm, Brent worked in management for a real estate development firm. Outside the office, Brent is active in the administration of the Young Professionals section of the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce and serves as a deacon and in various other ministries at his church.
