From its inception, Kaufman Gilpin McKenzie Thomas Weiss, PC has maintained an active real estate practice both regionally and locally. Our firm provides a full range of services and we are experienced in handling complex real estate transactions. Our attorneys have substantial experience representing developers, lenders, buyers, and sellers with various types of properties including office, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, industrial, multifamily, hotel, and mixed-use developments.

In many transactions we are involved from the early stages of contract negotiation through the due diligence (including title and environmental issues), development, zoning, financing, construction, loan closing, and leasing stages. We generally work alongside other attorneys in our firm particularly with respect to federal, state, and local incentive and tax issues. We believe our clients realize great benefits from our multi-disciplinary approach.
